Membrane air dryer removes water vapor from compressed air using hollow fiber membranes without electrical power. The single-unit configuration uses NPT 1/4 ports and is associated with the standard minus 20 °C outlet atmospheric pressure dew point class. At standard conditions, the size 30 model supports 360 L/min inlet flow, 300 L/min outlet flow, and 60 L/min purge air flow. Operating conditions cover 0.3 to 0.85 MPa inlet air pressure and minus 5 to 55 °C inlet and ambient temperatures with no freezing.
