The IL611-3E is a dual-channel, high-speed passive-input digital isolator utilizing NVE’s patented IsoLoop spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology. It supports data rates up to 100 Mbps and features a CMOS output. The passive input structure allows for a wide input voltage range by using an external current-limiting resistor, making it a high-performance alternative to optocouplers. It offers a typical propagation delay of 8ns and a barrier life of 44,000 years with excellent magnetic immunity.
