The IL717-3 is a 4-channel high-speed digital isolator utilizing NVE’s patented spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology. It offers three transmit and one receive channels with a typical propagation delay of 10 ns and a maximum data rate of 110 Mbps. The device features a ceramic/polymer composite barrier providing 2500 Vrms isolation and a high common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/µs.
