The IP4220CZ6 is designed to protect high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0, Ethernet 10/100 Mbit/s, and DVI from ESD damage. It features four pairs of ultra-low input capacitance rail-to-rail protection diodes and an integrated Zener diode to provide low voltage clamping. The device protects up to four signal lines and is compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 standards.
