The IS31BL3228A and IS31BL3228B are charge pump-based white LED drivers providing high efficiency across the entire battery voltage range. They support up to 8 LEDs with a maximum current of 20mA each, using only two small capacitors for operation. The device features integrated soft-start, thermal shutdown, and over-voltage protection. Current levels are set via a single-wire serial pulse interface, supporting 16 discrete levels for brightness control.
