Air catch sensor provides non-contact workpiece placement confirmation using a pneumatic bridge circuit and semiconductor pressure sensor. The ISA2-G model supports a 0.01 to 0.25 mm detection distance and operates from 30 to 200 kPa with dry air filtered to 5 μm. The NPT 1/8 port version uses a terminal block box for centralized wiring and has an IP66 enclosure when fitted with a pressure gauge. The sensor uses a 12 to 24 VDC supply, consumes 15 mA or less, and operates from 0 to 60 °C without condensation.
