This device is a digital absolute pressure sensor for turbo manifold and barometric pressure measurement. It measures 10 kPa to 400 kPa, operates from a 5 V supply, and communicates through a SENT interface. The sensor provides 12-bit pressure resolution and 12-bit temperature resolution, and it supports an external NTC temperature sensor input. Accuracy is specified at ±0.77% FSS over a temperature range of -40 °C to 170 °C. It is automotive qualified and offered in a DSOF package with tape-and-reel packing.
