High-rigidity electric slide table actuator uses a circulating linear guide with slide-screw and belt actuation for compact linear motion. The size 25 basic R-type unit has a 150 mm stroke, 8 mm screw lead, 24 VDC servo motor, non-magnetizing lock, and dustproof body option. It provides ±0.05 mm positioning repeatability with up to 5000 mm/s² acceleration and 10 to 150 mm/s operating speed for the configured lead. The actuator is rated for 5 to 40 °C operation and is RoHS compliant.
