Low-profile single-axis electric actuator uses a high-rigidity direct acting guide for horizontal linear motion. The 800 mm stroke configuration has a 100 W AC servomotor, a ground ball screw with 15 mm diameter and 20 mm lead, and a without-coupling motor-to-screw connection. It supports a 30 kg work load, 90 N rated thrust, and ±0.02 mm positioning repeatability. The actuator operates from 5 to 40 °C with no condensation and uses an incremental encoder. The F5 cable option provides a 5 m cable length.
