The LM2753 is a regulated switched-capacitor doubler capable of driving a flash LED with a pulsed current of 400 mA. It provides a regulated 5V output over an input supply range of 3V to 5.5V. The device features an ultra-fast turn-on time of less than 10ns and utilizes Pulse-Frequency Modulation (PFM) regulation. Designed as an inductor-less solution, it requires only three small ceramic capacitors, making it ideal for space-constrained applications like cell-phone camera flashes and portable terminals.
