The LM3406HV is a monolithic switching regulator designed to deliver constant currents to high power LEDs. It features a high-side N-channel MOSFET switch with a current limit of 2.0A (typical) and uses controlled on-time with true average current to maintain constant current to series or series-parallel LED arrays. It supports PWM dimming via a dedicated logic pin or by modulation of the power input voltage and includes thermal shutdown and low-power shutdown features.
