The LM3410-Q1 is a monolithic, high-frequency, PWM DC-DC converter designed to operate as a constant-current source. It features an internal 170-mΩ NMOS switch and is available in switching frequencies of 525 kHz (LM3410Y) or 1.6 MHz (LM3410X). The device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and supports input voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V with an output voltage range of 3 V to 24 V. It includes internal soft start, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal shutdown protection.
