The LM3423-Q1 is a versatile high voltage N-channel MOSFET controller designed for automotive LED drivers. It can be configured in buck, boost, buck-boost, and SEPIC topologies. It features a high-side adjustable current sense, PWM and analog dimming, and a predictive off-time control method. The device includes a 2-Ω, 1-A peak MOSFET gate driver and integrated protection features such as overvoltage protection and an LED output status flag.
