The LM3424-Q1 is a versatile high voltage N-channel MOSFET controller for LED drivers, easily configured in buck, boost, buck-boost, and SEPIC topologies. It features a programmable thermal foldback function for LED temperature management and an adjustable high-side current sense for tight regulation. Operating over a wide input range of 4.5V to 75V, it supports PWM and analog dimming, and includes a 2-ohm, 1-A peak gate driver along with programmable soft-start and slope compensation.
