The LNK3206D-TL is part of the LinkSwitch-TN2 family of ICs designed for non-isolated off-line power supplies. It integrates a 725 V power MOSFET, oscillator, On/Off control scheme, a high-voltage switched current source, frequency jittering, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry onto a monolithic IC.
