RF surge protection tester measures the voltage protection level of lightning protection devices and components. The portable handheld unit is powered by two 9 V batteries and weighs 16 ounces. It has N male and N female terminals for common inline RF surge protectors and can test other interfaces with suitable RF adapters. The 3.5 inch LCD display has a 2 kV maximum scale, and the test output is rated at 1 kV minimum with 1 mA minimum current.
