The LP5520 is an RGB backlight LED driver designed for small-format color LCDs. It provides true white light over a wide temperature range by using internal calibration memory and an external temperature sensor to adjust RGB LED currents. The device includes a magnetic high-efficiency boost converter with programmable output voltage (5V to 20V), three independent accurate programmable current sinks, and a 12-bit ADC for sensor measurements. It supports I2C and SPI interfaces and features adaptive output voltage control for optimized power consumption.
