The LP8865V-Q1 is a high-performance, non-synchronous multi-topology LED driver designed for automotive applications. It integrates a 2.6A, 150mΩ low-side NMOS switch and supports buck, buck-boost, and boost topologies. The device operates over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 65V and features a configurable switching frequency from 100kHz to 2.2MHz with optional spread spectrum for EMI reduction. It supports analog, PWM, hybrid, and flexible dimming options and includes extensive protection features such as LED open/short detection and thermal foldback.
