The LP8865Z-Q1 is a member of the LP886x-Q1 automotive multi-topology LED driver family. It is a non-synchronous device with a wide input range of 4.5V to 65V, integrating a 2.6A, 150mΩ low-side NMOS power switch. The device supports buck, buck-boost, and boost topologies and features Inductive Fast Dimming (IFD) with a 256:1 analog dimming ratio and 150ns PWM pulse width. It includes spread spectrum for EMI reduction and comprehensive protection features like LED open/short detection and thermal foldback.
