The LP8868U-Q1 is a member of the LP8868-Q1 family of non-synchronous multi-topology LED drivers with a 4.5V to 65V wide input range. It integrates a 65V, 5.2A, 150mΩ low-side NMOS switch capable of driving LEDs in buck, buck-boost, and boost topologies. The device features an adaptive off-time current mode control, supporting inductive fast dimming (IFD) with analog, PWM, hybrid, and flexible dimming options. It is designed for automotive applications with integrated protections including LED open/short detection, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal foldback.
