Surface-mount 75 ohm directional coupler operates from 30 MHz to 1200 MHz with nominal 10 dB coupling. Mainline loss is specified from 1.0 dB typical in the low band to 2.0 dB maximum in the upper band, including theoretical coupled-port power loss. Directivity is specified at 21 dB typical in the low range, 22 dB typical in the mid range, and 18 dB typical in the upper range. The device uses case style QQQ130 with six pin connections for input, output, coupled port, ground, and an isolated unused pin.
