Features a wide output voltage range of 1.215V to 19.5V and a low minimum input voltage of 1.8V, with a maximum input voltage of 20V. Offers excellent regulation with line and load regulation of 5mV and 6mV respectively, and low dropout voltages down to 0.11V at 10mA. Packaged in a 16-pin MSOP EP with exposed pad for surface mounting, measuring 4.04mm x 3mm x 0.86mm. Includes current limit, reverse battery/current protection, and thermal shutdown for enhanced reliability.
