Dual 100MHz, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier featuring ultralow 1.9nV/√Hz noise and low power consumption. This general-purpose amplifier offers a 100MHz gain bandwidth product and a 24V/µs slew rate. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.25V up to a maximum of 6.3V, or a single supply from 2.5V to 12.6V, it provides 40mA output current per channel. The surface mount DFN package houses two independent amplifiers, each with a typical operating supply current of 2.8mA.
