Quad general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 100MHz gain bandwidth product and 25V/µs slew rate. This ultralow noise amplifier offers rail-to-rail input and output capabilities with a 1.9nV/√Hz noise density. Operating from 2.5V to 12.6V single supply or ±1.25V to ±6.3V dual supply, it consumes 2.8mA of operating supply current. The SSOP package contains four independent circuits, each with 40mA output current per channel, 500µV input offset voltage, and 3.8µA input bias current. This RoHS compliant component boasts 60dB common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio.
