Utilizing a Buck (step-down) topology, it accepts a 5V to 36V input to deliver an adjustable 3.3V to 15V output with up to 96% efficiency. The ultralow noise design features a 600 kHz switching frequency and operates across a -55°C to 125°C temperature range. Key functionalities include output voltage tracking and margining, PLL frequency synchronization, current mode control, programmable soft-start, and output overvoltage protection. The module ensures EN55022 Class B and CISPR 22 (Class B) compliance. The LTM4613 is a complete, ultralow noise, 8A switch mode DC/DC power supply (uModule) that is EN55022 Class B compliant. It includes the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and all support components in a compact LGA package.
