Compact direct operated 2-port solenoid valve controls chemical liquids with an isolated rocker-type diaphragm structure. The body-ported tubing design has a normally closed valve function, 1.4 mm orifice, and zero leakage at water pressure. Wetted materials include a PEEK plate and EPDM diaphragm, with air, water, DI water, diluent, and cleaning fluid compatibility subject to material resistance. The 24 VDC coil operates over a ±10% voltage range and uses Class B insulation in an IP40-equivalent enclosure. The valve supports free mounting orientation, 0 to 50°C ambient and fluid temperature, and a manual override option.
