High-purity air-operated two-port chemical liquid valve uses a non-metallic exterior for chemical fluid service. The body class 3 configuration has an 8 mm orifice, normally closed valve operation, LQ2 integral fitting construction, and 3/8 inch tubing connection size. The standard LVQ30 specifications include 1.3 Cv flow capacity, -98 kPa to 0.5 MPa operating pressure, 0.3 to 0.5 MPa pilot air pressure, and 0 to 100 °C fluid temperature range. The wetted construction uses a PFA body and PTFE diaphragm with a PVDF actuator, and the selected option includes an indicator.
