Mini TOPLED surface-mount white LED built on InGaN chip technology with a Lambertian 120° radiation pattern and typical CIE 1931 chromaticity coordinates of Cx = 0.33 and Cy = 0.33. At a forward current of 10 mA it delivers 71 to 112 mcd luminous intensity with a typical forward voltage of 3.10 V and about 240 to 300 mlm typical luminous flux. Maximum forward current is 20 mA, junction temperature is rated to 110 °C, and the device operates over -40 °C to 100 °C. It provides 2 kV ESD withstand voltage (HBM class 2), corrosion robustness class 3B, and a maximum real thermal resistance of 230 K/W from junction to solder point. The package is a white SMT housing with colored diffused resin and an MSL level 2 rating.
