Forward voltage ranges from 2.9 to 3.7 V with maximum forward current of 30 mA and surge current capability to 300 mA. Chromaticity coordinates are Cx = 0.3 and Cy = 0.28, and the LED operates over -40 to 110 °C with junction temperature up to 125 °C. Corrosion robustness class is 1B and the device is ESD sensitive per HBM class 0.
