The MPM3632C is a step-down regulator module integrated with a synchronous rectifying power MOSFET, inductor, and three capacitors. It operates at a fixed 3MHz switching frequency and employs constant-on-time (COT) control to provide fast load transient response. It includes internal fixed soft-start, Power Good indicator, and protection features such as OVP, OCP, and thermal shutdown.
