The MPQ4423 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in power MOSFETs. It achieves 3A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide 4V to 30V continuous operating input range. It features synchronous mode operation for high efficiency, current-mode control for fast transient response, and a default switching frequency of 410kHz which can be synchronized to an external clock.
