The MPQ4423H is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in power MOSFETs. It provides 3A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide 4V to 36V input range. It features synchronous mode operation for high efficiency, current-mode control for fast transient response, and 410kHz default switching frequency with external synchronization capability (200kHz to 2.2MHz).
