The MSW2041-204 is a surface mount silicon PIN diode SP2T switch designed for high power transmit/receive (TR) switching or active receiver protection. It operates from 400 MHz to 4 GHz and features a hybrid manufacturing process with high voltage PIN diodes and passive devices on a ceramic substrate. It handles 52 dBm CW and 57 dBm peak incident power with a very low thermal resistance of less than 25 ºC/W and an IIP3 greater than 65 dBm.
