DDR4 SDRAM RDIMM, 32GB (4 Gig x 72) capacity. Features 288-pin, registered dual in-line memory module (RDIMM) with fast data transfer rates including PC4-3200, PC4-2933, PC4-2666, and PC4-2400. Supports ECC error detection and correction, nominal and dynamic on-die termination (ODT), low-power auto self refresh (LPASR), and on-die VREFDQ generation and calibration. It is a dual-rank module with an on-board I2C temperature sensor and integrated serial presence-detect (SPD) EEPROM. Utilizes a fly-by topology for improved signal quality and gold edge contacts. The module is halogen-free. DDR4 SDRAM modules use DDR4 SDRAM devices with two or four internal memory bank groups, benefiting from an 8n-prefetch architecture and differential signals (DQS_t, DQS_c, CK_t, CK_c) for noise immunity and precise timing.
