The MUN12AD03-SH is a non-isolated DC-DC uPOL module that delivers up to 3A of output current. It integrates a PWM switching regulator and a high-frequency power inductor into a compact 3.5mm x 3.5mm hybrid package. The module features constant on-time control for fast transient response, an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 5.0V, and automatic power saving mode for high efficiency under light loads.
