Air slide table with a dual 12 mm bore pneumatic cylinder provides a 150 mm long stroke on a linear guide table. The double-acting actuator operates with air from 0.15 to 0.7 MPa and has a 1.05 MPa proof pressure rating. Operating speed is specified from 50 to 500 mm/s over a -10 to +60 °C ambient and fluid temperature range. The B option adds shock absorbers at both ends, and the body uses M5 x 0.8 operating ports with non-lube operation.
