Medium-duty NFPA interchangeable pneumatic cylinder has a 1.5 inch bore, 5.12 inch stroke, and double detachable rear clevis mounting. The double-acting single-rod actuator is switch-capable with a magnetic piston and uses compressed air as its operating fluid. Non-lube operation is specified with a 250 psi maximum operating pressure, 8 psi minimum operating pressure, and 40 to 140 °F ambient and fluid temperature range. The standard NCA1 construction uses aluminum alloy covers and tube, nitrile rubber seals, a hard-chromated carbon-steel piston rod, and an air cushion arrangement.
