Medium-duty NFPA interchangeable tie-rod air cylinder with a magnetic piston, double rod construction, and center trunnion mounting. The cylinder has a 2.5 inch bore and 2 inch stroke for double-acting pneumatic motion. It uses air as the working fluid, is designed for non-lube operation, and supports adjustable air cushioning at both ends. The NCA1 series operates from 8 to 250 psi with a piston speed range of 2 to 20 inches per second and an ambient and fluid temperature range of 40 to 140 °F. The J59 auto switch configuration provides a 2-wire solid-state switch for 24 VDC relay or PLC loads.
