Dual-color visible LED provides yellow and yellow-green output in a 3 mm white diffused lamp body. The device supports 25 mA continuous forward current, 50 mA peak forward current, and 5 V reverse voltage at 25 °C. Typical forward voltage is 2.10 V for yellow and 2.15 V for yellow green at 20 mA. Typical luminous intensity is 20 mcd for yellow and 30 mcd for yellow green, with a 45 degree half-power viewing angle. The operating temperature range is -25 °C to 80 °C, and the device is RoHS compliant.
