Gas discharge tube RF surge arrestor provides bidirectional LEMP protection for 50 ohm coaxial lines. It uses SMA female connectors on both sides with normal polarity and bulkhead mounting. The arrestor operates from DC to 12.5 GHz, handles 100 W RF power, and passes up to 65 Vdc at 5 A. Transient protection is rated for 200 V protection voltage and 20 kA maximum 8/20 µs surge current over a -40 °C to +90 °C operating range.
