Gas discharge tube lightning arrestor provides bidirectional RF surge protection with TNC male-to-TNC female connectors. The 50 ohm device passes DC and is specified for operation through 2.5 GHz with 1.25 maximum VSWR to 2.0 GHz and 1.60 maximum VSWR from 2.0 to 2.5 GHz. The 90 V protection-voltage version supports 37 W RF power and has 600 V peak let-through at 0.3 microjoule. It is rated for 40 kA maximum 8x20 microsecond transient current and multiple strikes of 20 kA for about 10 events. The male-to-female style uses an integral ground lug, has IP65 dust and splash resistance, and operates from -40 °C to +90 °C.
