Attenuation tolerance is ±0.5 dB from above DC to 18 GHz and ±0.6 dB from 18 GHz to 22 GHz. The attenuator operates from -55 °C to +125 °C with a nominal 50 ohm impedance range specified as 47.5 to 52.5 ohms.
