SMT micro SPDT RF switch provides latching operation with two RF ways and surface-mount RF and actuator terminals. The switch operates from DC to 26.5 GHz with a 24 Vdc nominal actuator and a 20.5 Vdc to 30 Vdc operating voltage range. It is non-terminated and uses gold-plated access ports compatible with infrared reflow, forced-air oven, or hand soldering processes. The latching configuration supports up to 3 million cold-switching cycles and 500,000 hot-switching cycles at 1 W into 50 ohms. The device is rated for -40 °C to +85 °C operation and IP64 environmental protection.
