SMT micro-SPDT Quartz RF switch supports DC to 26.5 GHz operation with an inverted failsafe RF path and a 24 VDC actuator. The switch uses surface-mount RF and actuator terminals with a non-terminated SPDT configuration and two RF ways. Failsafe specifications include 710 ohm coil resistance, 34 mA operating current at 23 °C, and maximum 5 ms making contact time. RF performance is specified with 50 ohm impedance, up to 1.60 dB insertion loss, at least 40 dB isolation, and up to 2.00 VSWR across the 18 to 26.5 GHz band. The device is RoHS compliant, IP64 rated, and operates from -25 °C to +70 °C.
