Positive 3.8V fixed output LDO regulator with a maximum output current of 0.2A. This surface-mount device features a compact 1.2mm x 1.2mm x 0.4mm Dual Flat Package No Lead (DFN) with 6 pins and a 0.4mm pin pitch. Operating from a minimum input voltage of 1.4V up to 5.25V, it offers ±1% output voltage accuracy, ±0.02%/V typical line regulation, and 25mV typical load regulation. Dropout voltage is 0.27V at 200mA typical and 0.36V at 200mA maximum. Integrated current limit protection is provided, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
