The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ is the final revision of the third-generation single-board computer. It features a Broadcom BCM2837B0, Cortex-A53 (ARMv8) 64-bit SoC running at 1.4GHz. It includes 1GB LPDDR2 SDRAM, dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless LAN, Bluetooth 4.2/BLE, and Gigabit Ethernet over USB 2.0 with a maximum throughput of 300 Mbps. The board supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) via a separate PoE HAT and maintains the same mechanical footprint as the Raspberry Pi 2 Model B and Raspberry Pi 3 Model B.
