The SHT41A-AW1B-R2 is a high-reliability digital humidity and temperature sensor specifically designed for automotive applications. It features a CMOSens® chip that provides a fully calibrated I2C interface and includes an integrated power heater for self-diagnosis and creep mitigation. The sensor is AEC-Q100 qualified and features a robust DFN housing with wettable flanks to support automated optical inspection (AOI) during manufacturing. It is designed to withstand harsh environments, including 85°C/85%RH accelerated life tests and condensing environments.
