The SHTC3 is a high-performance digital humidity and temperature sensor based on CMOSens® technology, integrating a capacitive humidity sensor, a bandgap temperature sensor, and signal processing circuitry on a single chip. It offers a wide supply voltage range from 1.62V to 3.6V and provides full-scale measurement for both relative humidity and temperature. Designed for high-volume consumer electronics and battery-powered applications, it features ultra-low power consumption and a compact 2 x 2 x 0.75 mm footprint.
