The SI7202-B-01-IVR is a high-sensitivity, low-power Hall effect magnetic sensor designed for high-performance applications. It operates over a wide supply voltage range from 1.71V to 5.5V and features an extremely low typical supply current of 400nA, making it suitable for battery-operated devices. This variant is housed in a 3-pin SOT-23 package and is configured as an omnipolar switch. Although the Si7202 family supports dual outputs (including a tamper detection output), this 3-pin version provides the primary switch output on pin 2. It is rated for industrial temperature ranges and is commonly used in security systems, handheld devices, and position sensing.
