The SI8622BB-B-ISR is an ultra-low-power, dual-channel digital isolator based on proprietary CMOS isolation technology. It supports data rates up to 150 Mbps with propagation delays of less than 13 ns. This device features a 1/1 channel configuration (one forward, one reverse), Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity, and a fail-safe low default output state. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and maintains stable performance across a wide temperature range.
